Employees are eligible to participate in the 401k plan after one year of employment and are fully vested on their first day of participation. Employees may contribute up to 20% of their salary with VISTAKON® matching 75% of every dollar up to 6%.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
All Johnson & Johnson employees are eligible. This plan offers employees an affordable way to become shareholders in Johnson & Johnson. Instead of buying single shares, employees simply select the amount of money they wish to invest each month through payroll deduction. VISTAKON® pays all transaction fees.
College Bound Children
VISTAKON® offers access to college specialists to help employees' children narrow their search and identify appropriate colleges. Specialists also provide additional information and advice on financial aid and scholarships.

Child Care
VISTAKON® contracts for a reduced child care rate in areas of Jacksonville that are highly populated by VISTAKON® employees. The day care centers must meet stringent criteria. Employees also have the option to pay for child care with pre-tax dollars through participation in the CareAccount.

Innovation Station
This VISTAKON® program recognizes employees for their innovative suggestions throughout the organization. Employees may submit their suggestions on "Brainwave Forms" and send them to our "InnovationStation". Selected ideas are recognized company-wide. Some may eventually qualify for a prestigious Johnson & Johnson Standards Of Leadership Award.
