In consideration of these newer and better technologies, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. is announcing the discontinuation of SUREVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. After December 31st, 2004, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. will no longer supply SUREVUE®.

To facilitate your transition to the ACUVUE®-branded line of contact lenses, you will also receive a $30 rebate when you receive an eye exam and purchase a year’s supply of any ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses.
