Excellent Lens Please Do Not Discontinue

Review Text:
I have suffered from horrible dry eyes and tried different brands of lenses. These are the only lenses I can wear. I am terrified that you will discontinue them. I spent a lot of money investing in your lenses. Please listen to your customers. Do not discontinue.

Please don't discontinue

Review Text:
This is the only lens I can wear. All others are very uncomfortable. I've tried the Moist, and I can't get used to them. I can tell I have something on my eye, and it makes me more tired by the end of the day..Constantly blinking and just overall uncomfortable...ironically, feels like my eyes are dry. Can't wait to take them out! I have been wearing the Acuvue 1 days for at least 20 years. I have very sensitive eyes, and I'm afraid nothing else will work for me. Please reconsider...there are many of us who rely on these for comfortable good vision. Thank you! -Kristina

Good but check packaging

Review Text:
I usually wear weekly lenses but like the convenience of the daily during allergy season and for traveling. They are generally as comfortable as the weekly lenses but don't last through a long day. They dry out a bit late in the evening and can get blurry. I did notice a change in packaging as well. Harder to separate lenses without tearing them open than the lenses I used last year. Recently, I opened my last set during a backpacking trip only to discover one package didn't contain a lense. Incredibly, I found one of the discarded lenses from the previous day and revived with the solution from the missing lense package. Not ideal but it worked out. So now I check the packages before taking on trips so I don't end without or reusing a daily lense.

devastated that you are discontinuing this lens

Review Text:
Please please please don't discontinue this lens. In preparation for these being discontinued in December, i tried the 1 day Moist. It is not working for me. Whatever the Lacreon is in it, makes the lens very uncomfortable to wear. Moves a lot and vision is not clear. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't discontinue it. I have been wearing these lenses with total comfort for almost 20 years

Sensitive Eyes

Review Text:
Please don't ever discontinue these contacts! I have very sensitive eyes and have a reaction to the Acuvue Moist contacts. But these contacts are amazing! I can't feel them at all, even by the end of the day.

I love them!

Pros:
Clear vision
Cons:
can be costly
Review Text:
I have been wearing contacts for more than half my life now, and Acuvue is my favorite- hands down. I have tried other lenses, wanting to see what else was out there (no pun intended) and I always come back to Acuvue. A friend of mine switched between glasses and lenses regularly, and, because I cannot relate to that, inquired as to why that they did it. They told me "some days the lenses just won't go in or aren't comfortable, ya know?" No, I did not, because I wear Acuvue. I have very sensitive eyes and recently, due to a side effect of medication, have had to switch to 1-Day lenses. The price increase is steep with all brands, so I tried 5 different brands with daily disposable lenses. Again, no contest. No contacts fit me as well or are as comfortable as Acuvue. The only down side is the price, which I wouldn't say is outrageous, but I did have to re-work my budget a smidgen to allow for these. I would consider myself to be frugal, but eye care and comfort is not a place to cut corners.

Worst contacts EVER!!!!!

Cons:
Hard to handle
Review Text:
If I could give these contacts a zero rating, I would. I have worn contacts for almost 20 years and these are, by far, the worst yet. I do not know if I got a defective batch or what, but I have tremendous trouble trying to get them into my eyes. They do not ever feel comfortable, dry out extremely quickly (even after rewetting drops), get blurry within hours of putting them in, and are a complete nuisance. More often than not, they move around in my eye (you know how it feels...that make-you-want-to-claw-your-own-eye out feeling when an eyelash gets stuck in your eye), they pop out of my eyes and I have to try out a new pair or just go with my glasses. Very inconvenient! I would not recommend these things to anyone!
