Good vision but problematic

Pros:
Super comfortable
Cons:
Hard to handle
Review Text:
Would not let me write review for the Trueye lenses. I have been a user of the Moist for a while and liked them. But my optometrist recommended the Trueye for enhanced moisture since I have dry eyes and redness from allergies. The Trueye feel great, but have caused problems with my eyeliner creating a film that does not rinse off. Creates cloudy vision and irritation. This did not happen with the Moist. Frustrating as I really liked the Trueye. Stopped wearing eyeliner to get through my 90 pack and found my iris has a red ring around the bottom of it that my optometrist noticed went away when I went back to the Moist.

Bad Batch

Pros:
Clear vision
Cons:
damaged lenses
Review Text:
Normally a good lens, but seem to have gotten a bad batch. At least six lenses in this box are damaged - the lenses have cuts in them and are not wearable.

Not working for me

Review Text:
I have worn contact lenses for 25 years without a complaint. Bought a 6 month supply of the 1 Day Moise and maybe I have a bad batch, but many, many of the lenses are uncomfortable and blurry. It takes 3-4 lenses to come up with one that is good every morning. I have also had to start carrying an extra lens as sometimes they pop out of my eye. They are very hard to tell if they are inside out (never had that problem before)--you have to look for the 123 as it's hard to tell the "flat" side of the lens. All in all, I will not buy these again. I changed from TruEye because I found a few defective lenses (stuck together with a pinpoint that would not come unstuck), but there were relatively few of these so I guess I'll go back to the TruEye as they were very good lenses.

Gamble on the Lenses

Pros:
Very convenient
Cons:
not made well
Review Text:
For the record I have been a Acuvue contact wearer for a long time. I recently switched from my Oasys Hydraclear Plus lenses and regret it! The concept of the 1-Day Moist is great but the quality of the lenses is a gamble at best. The lens quality is random, some days lenses are great other days not so much! I probably throw away 2-3 lenses a week because they do not fit right or simply feel like a eyelash on my eyeball. Acuvue perfected the the Hydraclear Plus lenses but still have to tweak the Moist. Great concept poor quality!

Every day is a guess....

Pros:
Super comfortable
Cons:
Hard to handle
Review Text:
When these go in correctly, they are perfect: smooth, comfortable and clear. UNFORTUNATELY, every morning is a gamble: although I apply the lenses EXACTLY THE SAME WAY each day, 3 out of 7 days they are inside out and cause a lot of discomfort. I have to remove them, invert them and replace. What is up with this?

great product, poor packaging design

Review Text:
Love the lenses. Hate the packets. I can almost never separate them on the perforations. Even if I get them started correctly, the tear line doesn't stay straight. I frequently rip into the next packet unintentionally. For something I interface with every day it's very frustrating that it doesn't work the way it's intended to.

Inconsistent Quality

Pros:
Clear vision
Cons:
Hard to handle
Review Text:
I can understand having a couple bad contacts that are damaged however it seems like I use an extra one every other day. This morning alone, out of 4 lenses, only one was good. I gave up and put on my glasses. Considering how much it costs for daily contacts, the quality should be better. They get stuck under the plastic liner, they are folded over in the container, they are out of round.

Bad Batch

Pros:
Great for allergy sufferers
Cons:
Don’t feel smooth
Review Text:
I think I have a bad batch of contacts. As the current 90 box I have has been a problem. When I remove the contact from the container it curls up and is difficult to get it ready to insert in eye. Have a lot of trouble getting it to stay in eye and be comfortable. Never had this problem before. Also the other eye is fine.
